I sent him the invoice from the shop and he said the check was on the way, that was over a month ago, I again spoke with him last week, he said he was shipping it out that day, I just spoke with somone else now because I can't get anyone in management on the phone and they are once again telling me the check is going in the mail tomorrow. He agreed to write a check for what the body shop said it would cost. I told the general manager Tracey I would not accept the vehicle unless he agreed to pay for the bumper and grill at the least.

I am posting here today because on arrival of my truck, that they claimed had a 120 point inspection, was dropped off with a snapped off antenna, zip tied driver seat, sticker rear window, driver door that won't close, broken grill, blown shocks, busted cv axle, and literally the rear bumper falling off, I have pictures and videos. Very poor communication, very slow at what they do, but that's not why I'm posting this. I bought a truck from here and had it shipped to northern Florida.
They need to add an option for half star or no star.
